Shipping policy

When will my order arrive?

Your personalised cream should arrive within 7-10 working days (sometimes sooner). If your cream has not arrived after this time, please get in touch with us via team@drstorm.co,uk so we can chase this up for you.

Your Basically Brilliant products will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

Yes. However, please keep in mind that our ROI patients are subject to a customs charge (usually €20), which the purchasing patient must pay. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

Will everything be sent at once?

The cleansers, moisturisers and SPF are dispatched separately from your Personalised Skincare, this is made up just for you in our lab and may take a little longer (it’s worth the wait we promise!)

Where do you ship to?

We currently can only ship to the United Kingdom, including Scotland and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

What courier do you use?

For our UK patients, we use Royal Mail. And for ROI your orders will be delivered by DHL/Feddex.
