1. Customised and Personalised Skincare Products
Customised and personalised skincare products are made specifically for you based on your individual specifications. As these items are uniquely tailored, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where:

The product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If you believe your customised product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence or the return of the defective item for inspection.
2. Non-Customised Skincare Products
For non-personalised skincare products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the full purchase price along with any applicable delivery charges.

If the return is not due to a fault, only the cost of the item will be refunded; delivery charges will not be refunded.
4. Exceptions

Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons (such as skincare items) cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they are defective or not as described.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personalised skincare products. For non-personalised products, if you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at team@drstorm.co.uk with your order details and any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
